I have a basil plant in my kitchen and almost always have grape tomatoes on hand so here’s something I whipped up for dinner one night. It doesn’t get any easier than this!
Whole wheat pasta shells
Grape tomatoes, cut in half
Garlic, minced or cut into small slices
Fresh basil, cut into small pieces
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Mix tomatoes, basil, and garlic in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper, to taste. Cook pasta according to package. Toss pasta with mixture and add a little more sea salt and pepper if you wish.
Now off you go to whip it up vegan!
