I love fries. I also love dill. Put some fresh dill on fries and you’ve got dilly fries, which I love.
Fresh dill, chopped
Fresh chives, chopped
Sea salt & Pepper
Wash and cut the fingerling potatoes into strips.
Put them in a bowl and drizzle with enough olive oil to coat them. Sprinkle on herbs and salt & pepper, to taste.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (this is important; if you skip this your fries will stick to the pan and you will be really sad). Place fries on sheet and bake on 400 degrees until they are as brown as you would like.
Now off you go to whip it up vegan!
